This year looks like it’ll be a good one for the lacrosse team. To start off this year’s season, there is a new head coach for the girls!

The new head coach for the girls lacrosse team is Christine Dulin. She currently works at the Oswegatchie school as a substitute social worker. She explained that she loves working in the town of Waterford. Dulin explains “I took the job at Oswegatchie for a new experience.” Previously, Dunlin worked at the Waterford Country School in the residential program.

When asked how she liked working as the new head coach, she said “I love it! The kids are awesome and I enjoy having the opportunity to work with the whole school community.” Dulin added, “I have been helping with the team since I graduated in 2010. I enjoy watching the players develop both on and off the field.”

She is very dedicated to this team, and she made it clear when discussing her involvement. Dulin states, “I’m really glad I get to be a part of the senior class’ last season, because my brother is a senior on the boys team, so I have been watching these kids play lacrosse for years.” Dunlin went onto explained “I have always had a passion for coaching and this had given me the opportunity to be involved with a team that I care a lot about!”
