The wrestling team lost its first match of the season to the Monville Indians 40-27.

Juniors Justin Lindblom (145) and Brentt Smith (120), and sophomore Brian Roscover (106) won their respective matches. Roscover won by pin, Lindblom won by technical fall and Smith won by decision 13-3.

The team’s next match will by the Lancer Invitational on Saturday.  Eight teams from Rhode Island and Connecticut will be competing. The meet begin 10:30 AM in the Field House and finals will begin at approximately 5:00 PM.
