In week two, facing the Stonington Bears, the Lancers had a huge bounce-back win, crushing the Bears 35-6 in Stonington. On the first drive, Nolda ran for his first rushing touchdown of his career. The scoring did not end there; the defense had a big safety after a great punt by Spencer.
In the second half, defense scored the points with Spencer jumping a screen play, intercepting it, and taking it into the end zone. Spencer had three touchdowns, and Omar Hernandez had two rushing touchdowns.
At the end of the game, Spencer won Player of the Game. He played every snap of the game on Offense, Defense, and Special Teams.
